I have worked for Somerfield for three years as an internal communications adviser and more recently as a consultant , managing two of their key communications channels. In that time Somerfield has transformed their business, doubled their profits, reduced their costs by 40% and introduced the kind of industry beating processes that make their competitors slack jawed with envy.
