Rap are a small group of geeky iPhone application developers with a neat line in useful, applications they translate from other platforms to work on the iPhone. Although its a hobby business, they wanted a web presence to sell their products and to build confidence in their expertise. They also needed to find a name for their products!

The brief:

• Develop a clear brand identity  - including company name, product names, house style etc.
• Support their online and iPhone visual identity and provide full copywriting support for their website
• Write non-geeky, customer facing descriptions and instructions for each product
• Develop a marketing plan to help support the sale of products and establish the founder as an expert in the field

"We're delighted. Louise helped us to develop our confidence to evolve the style we wanted.
